Care Instructions & Tips:
- Do not wash or immerse in water. If needed, gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, or use a brush to remove matcha.
- Only store dry matcha powder inside.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- For café use: Pre-sift the amount of matcha you expect to use in a day and dispense as needed from the canister.
- If storing in the fridge: Place the canister inside a ziplock or sealed bag to avoid absorbing odours.
- Use matcha stored in the canister within one month for best flavour and freshness.
