Fine matcha powder tends to clump due to static electricity build up.

How to make silky smooth matcha
- Sift 2g (half a tea spoon) of matcha with a fine mesh sifter into a tea bowl.
- Add 60ml of hot water in the bowl.
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk for about 30 seconds.
- Add more hot water. (Or add milk of your choice to make matcha latte.)
After use: rinse the sifter with water and dry well.
