HOW TO MAKE MATCHA SHOT
1. Sift ½ teaspoon (2g) of matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 70ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk well using a bamboo whisk.
3. Pour into a matcha shot cup and enjoy!
